DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Parcel shipments

Please be advised that we require 48 to 72 hours after your payment has been received to prepare your shipment. In order to organize the orders, only 2 group-shipments will be put together monthly: one on the 1st day of the month and the other one on the 15th of each month.

Items will most of the time be shipped through protective padded envelopes. If you require registered mail, additional costs will apply; in order to make arrangements, please contact us at lesredheads@gmail.com. Whatever shipment method will be chosen, we will use all efforts to ensure the products will be delivered in the best conditions.

Shipment fees include packaging and postal fees. The freight charges may be fixed or flexible based on the price or weight of your order. That is why we strongly advise you to group your purchases in one consolidated order.

The different delivery prices are written in the product description. Please read it carefully.

The Red Heads are not responsible for any damages that may occur to your orders  during transportation, or for any delays or losses that may be caused by the postal services. To avoid any unpleasant occurances, please choose the security of Colissimo.

Returns will NOT be accepted, thank you for your understanding.
