The “Take a Kayak” collection, brought to you by The Red Heads, is inspired by Céline Dion's memorable appearance on CNN on September 3, 2005, a few days after the devastating Hurricane Katrina.
During this particularly moving interview, Céline Dion wanted to express her support for the communities affected by Hurricane Katrina and made a heartfelt plea in the face of the disaster's scale. Deeply moved by the images and the distress of the victims, she called for action and assistance.
During this almost seven-minute intervention, she uttered the now iconic phrase:
“Take a kayak!”
