The "Take a Kayak" collection, offered by The Red Heads, is inspired by Céline Dion's memorable intervention on CNN on September 3, 2005, a few days after the devastating passage of Hurricane Katrina.
During this particularly emotional interview, Céline Dion wished to express her support for the populations affected by Hurricane Katrina and to cry out from the heart in the face of the scale of the disaster. Deeply disturbed by the images and the distress of the victims, she called for action and help for them.
During this almost seven-minute intervention, she uttered this phrase, which has since become emblematic:
"Take a kayak!"
